Description: Coffee farmer leading a loaded donkey through coffee field. "The 'Kona nightingale' is a very essential part of the coffee industry in Kona. He carries most of the growers' crops down the steep slopes to the nearest road. His return freight consists of fertilizer for the crop and food and supplies for the home. January, 1934." Ge-16
